Returns & Refund Policy

Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at support@pagingapparel.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, Paging Apparel will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For all other eligible returns (such as "change of mind"), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

  • Restocking Fees: Paging Apparel does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In cases of defects or misprints, we may be able to send a replacement without requiring a return of the original item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Because our products are printed on demand especially for you, some items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom items (e.g., custom names, dates, or special text).

  • Gift cards.

  • Final-sale or clearance items (if marked as such at the time of purchase).

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@pagingapparel.com.
